At Origin Jersey, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer.

Each jersey is made to order, carefully produced, and shipped with tracking once it is ready.

Processing and Production Time

All Origin Jersey items are made to order after purchase.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high-demand seasons, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–20 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, customs processing, local shipping conditions, and seasonal delays.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package, so do not worry if your tracking link does not show movement immediately.

Shipping Delays

While we work to get every order delivered as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Origin Jersey is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@originjersey.com.

If your order has not entered production or shipped yet, we may be able to help update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • Your household members

  • Neighbors

  • Front desk, mailroom, or apartment office

  • Local carrier or post office

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@originjersey.com with your order number, and we’ll help review the issue.

International Shipping

We may ship to select international locations.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
