During high-volume periods, launches, or holiday seasons, replies may take a little longer. Sending multiple emails may move your request lower in the queue, so please send one clear message with all details included.

Your jersey is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email.

Returns, Damage, or Incorrect Items
Because each jersey is made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll review the issue and help make it right if it qualifies.

Sizing Help
Our jerseys have an athletic fit. For a regular fit, choose your usual size. For a looser streetwear fit, we recommend sizing up.
