Refund Policy

At Origin Jersey, each jersey is made to order after a customer places an order. Because of this, our refund and return policy is designed to protect both the customer and our made-to-order production process.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental orders

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer

  • Jerseys with a custom name, custom number, or personalized detail

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Return Eligibility

If a return is approved by our support team, the item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • With tags, if applicable

  • In its original packaging, if possible

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for a customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return or replacement is due to a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, we will review the issue and provide the next steps.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for that order.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return or issue has been reviewed and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
